ever you want. Just make sure you want to talk about Jesus.  Use a tract, a  magazine, a video or whatever is available.  The Super Bowl Evangelism Project team has tools available to assist you in sharing the Gospel. But remember,  the tools are of no use unless you make the commitment to using them.

  Determine a Decision:  Even after 20 years as an Evangelist, I am constantly amazed at how many people will respond to the Gospel if you just ask.  Think about it...It's not only "Good news" it's Great news!  Getting heaven instead of hell. Swapping loneliness for holiness. Wow! What a deal.  But so many times we share but never ask "Would you like too…?"  Don't wimp out at the end. ASK! Would you like to accept Jesus today?  The joy you get when someone says yes is worth a million of those who say no.  As you plan your Super Bowl Watch Party, make sure that you have what you need to determine a decision such as decision cards.

Evaluate the Event: Make adjustments as you plan your party. Instead of twelve, twenty say they'd like to come. You plan for 300 at the church and all of them are teens! (order more food!) The Pizza delivery guy gets stuck in a freak snow storm, what now?  Also, think about next year!
 
  Follow-up Faithfully: Before the event starts, make sure that you have a plan in place get any new believers involved into a local church.  Have decision cards that collect contact information. Write a letter or note to each attendee asking them to come to church with you next week.  For those that may have come from out of town, put a little effort into finding them a local church where they live.  Go on-line to www.SBC.net , there is a link there that will list any church in the USA by zip code.  Commit to being a part of the Evangelism Response Center so that people who live near you can be referred to your church.

  Glorify God:  Keep our eyes on Jesus!  Sure, have a good time watching the game, but our real purpose is to Glorify God by sharing the wondrous love of his son, Jesus Christ.
